It is the Credit Information System of the Central Bank of Brazil (BACEN), where financial institutions are obliged to send the Central Bank of Brazil the amounts of credit operations, due or getting close to due, contracted by clients for credit risk supervision and information sharing.

When contracting a credit operation, the client authorizes Banco XCMG to consult and provide information on the operations contracted.

The data relating to credit operations is recorded in the SCR, subject to the client’s authorization. You can access the data contained in the SCR through the channels made available by the Central Bank of Brazil and, in the event of a discrepancy in the data provided by Banco XCMG, you can request correction, disagreement, exclusion, including legal measures, through our customer service channels.

Access is free. The first step is to register online with the Central Bank of Brazil and access your SCR data. Another alternative is to obtain reports with the desired information directly from the Central Bank’s Customer Service Center. The required documents must be presented.
